   In summary:

• No refunds for completed work or milestones achieved.
• Clients may cancel projects before commencement for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
• SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable once initiated.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to provide all required content, feedback, approvals, and materials necessary to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by clients providing incomplete or inaccurate information may impact project timelines and may result in additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
   Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property rights for original designs, code, or content created by Apex Web Cube will remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.
• Apex Web Cube retains the right to use any work produced for promotional purposes, such as portfolio displays, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
   While we strive to deliver services with professional care, Apex Web Cube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services in question.
