Therefore, once a service has been rendered or a project milestone has been achieved and delivered, payments made towards that work are considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the client’s satisfaction because the service involves extensive labor, expertise, and resource allocation.
    Examples of completed work include but are not limited to:
  • Delivery of website design and development work
  • Completion of SEO reports, audits, and optimizations
  • Social media marketing campaigns that have been executed
  • Content creation and delivery
    Clients are encouraged to communicate their feedback at each project stage to ensure expectations are met before milestones are finalized. Once a milestone is completed and approved, no refunds will be provided for that portion of the project.
  1. Project Cancellation
    Clients may choose to cancel a project prior to its commencement. If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, Apex Web Cube will refund any advance payments made, minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred during project discussions or preliminary planning.
    However, if work has already started—such as project planning, research, or actual development then the payments made up to that point will not be refundable. Any remaining balance for work not yet performed may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
    Clients seeking to cancel must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will review the status of the project and provide a clear explanation of any deductions applicable to the refund.
  1. SEO and Digital Marketing Services
    Due to the nature of SEO, digital marketing, and related online marketing services, we are unable to offer refunds once these services have begun. These services rely on ongoing processes, market variables, and third-party factors outside our direct control.
    SEO and digital marketing strategies are designed to generate results over time and require consistent effort and optimization. As such, payments for these services cover the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities from the moment they begin. Therefore, no refunds will be provided once an SEO or digital marketing campaign is initiated.
    Clients are encouraged to discuss expectations and timelines prior to the commencement of such services so that a clear understanding of the process and potential results is established.
